At Citrus, we are very delighted that we have been awarded the APN Consulting Partner of the year for the entire Middle East and North Africa Region. The APN Partner Awards recognize members of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) who are leaders in the channel and play a key role in helping customers to drive innovation and build solutions on AWS. This award and its recognitions are the testaments to our consistent efforts in aiding our customers to succeed in their Cloud Adoption Journey. Over the past few years we have been deeply engaged with Customers from Large Enterprises to SMB segments to drive a theme called “Creating the IT platform of the future to delivery Business Excellence”.
The theme had helped many of our customers to drive initiatives such as nurturing pro-innovation culture, creating new revenue channels, optimizing IT spend, implementing an agile IT infrastructure, and more. Some of the few noteworthy successful outcomes of these initiatives where Citrus had made a huge difference are – A Bank had hosted their complete Core Banking Application on AWS (a first in the MENA region) to create a secured and agile IT Infrastructure; A Manufacturing Company had migrated their entire SAP landscape including SAP/HANA to AWS to optimize their IT spend; A Multi-Billion-Dollar enterprise had migrated their entire data center to AWS essentially leaving a Zero footprint at an on-premises data center to drive innovation; and the list goes on.
Citrus has been evangelizing Cloud Adoption among customers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, other GCC countries and North Africa. Even during the difficult times of COVID-19, our team worked tirelessly to deliver the messaging around the true potential of AWS and the positive impact it makes to the Customer’s business.
Since the inception, Citrus has been razor focused in building strong competencies with AWS covering end-to-end capabilities – from Consulting to Professional Services to Managed Support. This journey still continues for Citrus while we enhance our capabilities in areas like Security on Cloud, DevOps, Cloud Native Applications Development, Data Analytics and AI/ML.
This award is indeed a testament for the efforts our team have put in to help customers succeed in their Cloud Adoption Journey. Thanks to our strong relationship with AWS Channel and AWS Sales teams – we are able to deliver the true value of the cloud to the customers in the Region. We look forward to another successful year working with AWS.
