OLA DELIVERABLES
During OLA will run a tool that scans the actual resource consumption of the customer Microsoft environment, OLA report will have TCO move to AWS highlighting Microsoft licensing strategy to unlock cost savings and benefits of AWS over traditional on-premise environment over the traditional or other cloud solutions. OLA provides the next steps and lays the foundation for migration’s next phases, a Migration Readiness Assessment (MRA) and Migration Readiness Planning (MRP).
