Our Engagement Model:

Preparation: We start with an introductory call to understand the scope and prerequisites. You provide existing documentation on the workload’s design and read-only access to the AWS account(s) involved.
Well-Architected Review Meeting/Workshop: A 2–4-hour meeting, either in person or via conference call, where our Solution Architects assess your workload using the Well-Architected Tool.
WAR Report & Follow-up: Shortly after the meeting, you receive a PDF report detailing identified issues and recommendations. We also prepare a follow-up document with remediation recommendations for high-risk items.
Remediations: If you choose to work with Citrus to implement improvements, we assist in addressing the issues highlighted in the WAR Report.

Partnering with AWS for Excellence:

In partnership with AWS, we offer a free Well-Architected Review for qualified customers and usage credits of up to $5,000 towards further AWS services highlighted in the review’s remediation plan.
